My Story

Hi I’m Kirrilee and I would like to share a little about myself and how I found myself living a life that truly aligns with my soul.

I grew up as the eldest of 3 children in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, Australia, with wonderful parents and 2 siblings. I was blessed to always feel supported and encouraged to follow my dreams. I knew from very young age that my calling was to make a difference in people’s lives. Straight out of school I followed this by becoming a Secondary School teacher, which I loved and did until the birth of my children.

To enable me to have time with my 3 beautiful children and follow my passion of helping others, I started my own business helping other people, mostly other mums, to create businesses that also worked around their families. This provided me with wonderful opportunities to travel, be mentored and coached by incredible people (everyone needs a coach) and coaching quickly became the aspect of my role that I loved the most.

I had some challenging times throughout my life as well, I lost a beautiful friend to cancer, and this sent me into the dark depths of depression and triggered a massive shift in my life. I searched for answers, and a way out and this was the catalyst for a much deeper journey of self-discovery which reignited my passion to connect more deeply with my purpose.

I followed the path of discovery from one mentor to the next and discovered Quality Mind™, a truly incredible Personal Activation Program that I leapt into, I became a partner in the global company, coaching hundreds of clients and training our Mind Mentors from around the world. I developed my Heart to Horse coaching program and could now combine my love of horses with making a difference. I believed I had found the vehicle that would allow me to shine my light and guide others to discover theirs. However, the universe has a way of directing us to step into greatness and to not simply stay where we are comfortable and it did this with a massive blow, the passing of my mum.

It was the passing of my mum that provided me with the greatest gift, the opening my intuitive self, she is now my guide and she lead me to Equine Reiki and ultimately moving out of my role with Quality Mind to pursue my passion. A leap that was not easy to do, I understand the fear that can come when stepping into the unknown, but I also believe the unknown is where the magic happens. We have the ability to create inner peace and bliss when we follow our highest excitement and live fearlessly.

My journey with horses, started at the age of 15 with an old Brumby who taught me the basics, to now going on adventures with Chester, my trusty trail riding horse and Kalani my young Clydie x Stockhorse who came to me as a scared, mostly unhandled 2-year-old. I have recently started her under saddle; something I didn’t believe I had the skills for until recently.

I have experienced the fear and disappointment that comes when your confidence dissolves and the impact this has not only on the joy that comes with riding and owning horses but also the impact this has on your horse and the connection you share. I also understand the ability we have to overcome fears and I have the tools to help you dissolve yours through coaching and mentoring and Reiki. I can also help your horse emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually through the healing of Reiki.
